What is Homecare?

Many of our clients say that, regardless of their health conditions, being able to continue living at home is the most important thing to them. If a disability or health complication is making your daily routine challenging, care workers can provide you with the support you need to maintain independence within the comfort of your own surroundings.

Our flexible homecare plans cater to long-term and short-term needs, and are designed around your personal requirements. Whether you want help preparing meals, or someone to assist with other activities of daily living, our care workers are committed to enabling you to lead as independent and fulfilling a life as you can.

We develop person-centred care plans, and we give you control over your care. Our plans cover a wide variety of care needs, including…

  • Assistance with feeding, including artificial feeding via PEG*
  • Assistance with changing sterile dressings*
  • Administering medications, eye and ear drops, and other treatments
  • Ileostomy and colostomy care
  • Catheter care
  • Tracheotomy care*

*(Specialist training is given to care workers to carry out these more intensive tasks)

Our care workers can be there for you around the clock, and are dedicated to ensuring your comfort and wellbeing.
