CRG Medical Services Employees of the Quarter announced

The results for CRG Medical Services’ employee of the quarter are in – amongst one of the most unpredictable years, it is a joy to be able to recognise our staff. None of us could have foreseen the challenges 2020 would bring, and how our teams would work to adapt and continue to provide the best possible care safely under extraordinary circumstances.

Although we have received high praise for many of our healthcare professionals from colleagues and client, we have chosen our 4 runners up for this quarter.

Michaela Noblet

Michaela is one of our Custody Nurses, and was nominated by her local Police Force for continued contribution to the safe, effective running of her custody suite during periods of high demand and challenge. Thank you for everything you do Michaela!

Dr Ibrahim

Dr Ibrahim was nominated by our CRG Medical Services Call Centre team for actions ‘over and above’ during a significantly busy shift. Thank you!

Toni Rooke

Congratulations to Toni Rooke who is one of our Emergency Care Practitioners. Toni was nominated by her local Police Force and her Line Manager for her commitment and professionalism, over and above what is expected.

Jemma Ellis

Jemma is one of our Nurses and was nominated by her Police Clinical Adviser for exemplary support and engagement.

All of our nominees, as always, have gone above and beyond to ensure the safety of detainees in custody and prison settings, as well as working exceptionally hard for the benefit of the team. It is always difficult to select a winner though there was one nomination who stood out above the others for the seriousness of the incident and the potential outcome.

The overall winner was…

Eileen Madden

Eileen is one of our Custody Nurses, and was nominated by a local police force when she assisted an On Duty Sgt who came across a patient with a very serious injury. Eileen was passing on her way to work, stopped and took responsibility and applied a tourniquet, which no doubt saved the patient’s life. We are very proud to have people like Eileen working with us!

As a company we do our best to recognise the valuable contributions of our employees and are enormously grateful for the hard work and dedication shown by all of our clinicians every day!
