This is an incredibly important subject to bring up with your prospective employer, because in order to do your job well, you need to understand how you’ll fit and what role you’ll play in the organisation. Opportunities to be qualified or certified in certain areas can boost your professional progression massively, so before accepting a job offer, you should make sure that you have a good understanding of the opportunities for advancement. Find out whether the organisation has a continuing education programme that will improve your CV and advance your overall career development.
